Dr. Lilian A Gonzalez-Aldana, MD

I have waited with an appointment upwards of 1.5 to 2.5 hours. After repeatedly requesting a full physical over the course of two years, I never received one. No exam, she just relies on patient reports. I once went to the office under the advice of the Emergency Room Staff of Mt. Vernon Hospital to have stitches removed and was told "We don't do that here", we don't have the equipment. So No Scissors or Tweezers. My opinion, find a real doctor.

I have known. Dr Gonzalez.for 11 yrs she is one of the best doctors i have ever known she treat s my son like a prince and he adores her .

#1- Dr. lilian is a great doctor, no doubt about that...BUT #2-STAFF IS VERY RUDE #-3OFFICE HOURS SUCKS #4THEY ARE NEVER THERE. THEY RARELY PICKUP THE PHONE #5-SUDDEN OFFICE CLOSED FOR WHO KNOWS HOW MANY DAYS AND THERE IS NO BACKUP. #6- STAFF DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS #7- THATS WHY I TRANSFER MY KIDS TO A MORE RELIABLE DOC THAT I KNOW IF HE/SHE IS NOT THERE, THEY HAVE BACKUP. DR. LILIAN, PLEASE REARRANGE YOUR OFFICE AND TALK TO YOUR STAFF. THEY DO WHATEVER THEY WANT AND THAT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. GOOD LUCK!
