Dr. Liliana Isabel Ruiz-Leon, DO

Dr. Ruiz Leon is thorough, patient, compassionate and you know you matter to her and her fabulous nurse!

Dr. Ruiz remembers personal facts about you when she sees you at your annual exam. Yes, you have to wait sometimes in the lobby, but I never feel rushed when during my exam. She takes her time to answer questions.

Very happy with this dr.

Normal wait time is 50 minutes in the lobby, then once you get in the back Dr. Leon spends less than 30 seconds to ask if you're feeling okay (if she is even in the office). Probably doesn't even know my name. She also only delivers between 9am-4pm monday- thursday so I'll probably be stuck with some male stranger, even though I chose a female doctor because that's what I'm comfortable with. The nurses laughed at me when I voiced my concern and told me to "pray for a weekday delivery" if that's what I really wanted.

my gy. does not take my new insurance, so i went on the internet to review doctors. dr. leon- ruiz is wonderful. very thorough. her office staff seems very good. good choice for women needing ob.,gyn.

I had nothing but problems with this office. It was apparent that there was a problem with my pregnancy at my 12 week appointment as there was no heartbeat and nothing could be seen on the ultra sound. I told the nurse (the doctor was at the hospital for a delivery) that I had been bleeding so an internal ultra sound was scheduled....for 8 days later despite the ultra sound tech being there the very next day. I called several times during that 8 days begging them for an earlier appointment, but I was told that everything was fine and not to stress. When I finally had my appointment, I was told that the baby stopped developing at 9 1/2 weeks. A D&C was scheduled, but I again had to wait 4 more days! The night before the D&N, I began having contractions which resulted in me having a natural miscarriage between my home and the hospital bathroom. If this office had taken my concerns seriously, I would have avoided a great deal of physical pain. During my check up 2 weeks later, Dr.… Leon kept me waiting in a room full of pregnant women for over 35 minutes and then another 15 minutes in a room. She spent less than a minute with me, said everything is fine and then complimented me on my make up! Seriously! My child had died and that is her response. I went to Dr. Leon because her reviews looked good, but I will NEVER step one foot into that office again. I

The staff at Dr. Ruiz's office are so accommodating. They care about their patients. I've been in the office 4 times now and have never waited more than about 10-15 minutes.....if that. When I've called, I've always got to talk to the nurse who takes a lot of time to answer my questions with care.

I really like both Dr. Leon and her nurse Mary. I have been going to this office for several years and after my old doctor left I started seeing Dr. Leon. She is very professional and personable and I have highly recommended her to my friends. Both Dr Leon and her nurse Mary provide excellent care during and after your visit. They are easy to reach if you have questions and will get back to you in a timely manner.

I have been going to Dr. Leon for 3 years now. My first impression of her was how young,pretty, and well put together she was. (you never know what you may be looking at these days.) My first visit was pretty standard.I didnt wait too long in the lobby. The building was clean, and nicely kept. Her nurse Maryann, was very nice. Never once did she make me feel uncomfortable. Dr leon asked my alot of questions, even about my husband, and home life. The conversation flowed so smoothly, as if we had been friends for a long time. She answered all my concerns, and I felt very confident when I left. Every time from that first appt. She has remembered my husbands name and little details about my world. She was a wonderful choice I made as my Dr. I will always recommend her to my friends and my clients.

I was referred to DR Ruiz-Leon by a HIGHLY rated Doctor. DR Ruiz-leon was just as good if not better and will now be my OBGYN. Loved her!
