Dr. Lilivette Rolland, MD

Was referred to this Dr for my daughter, was placed in a room to wait for 2 hours, seems like they forgot about us. I left the room and advised the ladies I wasn't going to wait any longer. Sometime passed by and attempted to reschedule this appointment, only to be told by the staff they refuse to see my child because I walked out. Needless to say I was in awe. Not only did I have to wait 2 hours because we were forgotten, I decided to give them another chance and I was refused. definitely will never go there again nor refer.

OMG, the "Manager" is so greedy about $, charging people for missing appt even when I'm pretty sure I called, I just don't have time to get deep on this matter, also waiting time even if you get there 30 minutes ahead will get you in wayyy after your appt time, they need to realized ,that people got jobs and we are also against the clock, poor culture, that was the last drop, I changed my son's PCP, Management skills 0, end of the story.

OFFICE AT 4602 N Armenia Ave Suite A 3Tampa Fl 33603 Dr never seem that interested in my child . Received a bill in mail say services that was a few days earlier when my child had not been there since 4 months prior for shots. I called about the bill immediately was sent to Dr.Rolland partner who right off the back TELLS me the bill is because I missed an appt I advised didn't have an appt or did I schedule one ask him can he look to see when it was set he argues with me I missed the appt and that they called me I kept telling him that I did not and the fact into they had for us not even updated cause a lot currently change like our address an insurance asked him if I scheduled it why wouldn't I change that he goes to say because 99% we don't after us going back in forth a while goes to say oh you conveyance your child doctor. Then he finally decide to ask my child's name and look in the system and to find out the bill was sent back to them from the insurance I cut off and I had to… pay the remainder had nothing to do with an appt fact of the matter he could of check in the beginning instead of arguing with me poor customer service. Don't care ant patience just want the money my child no longer goes there

She is a fantastic doctor that truly cares about her patients. I did not realize it until she called me herself one day to find out how my daughter was feeling. I will always recommend her to everyone I know.

She's great if you have an am appt, but hurries if its after 1, she is very big on vaccines. The office is very well up kept and clean.
