Obviously doesn’t consider that your time is valuable. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and then waited an additional 1.5 hours before I was even brought back to a room. The receptionist went MIA about 20 minutes after I got there. Seemed like they were letting “regulars” in before me (new patient). I would not recommend coming here if you have a busy schedule, a job, or a life.

they refused to refill my blood pressure meds,I went 6 days with no Berta blockers/ I’m filling a grievance on her medical license

Started out good a year ago, but it changed this year. I ask her about concerns I have and it is blown off as age when I know it isn't. Ruth is the rudest person I have ever met! She would never work for me! I get my prescription thru Humana mail order, 3 months they could not get refills on 2 scripts. Today they called me twice because the doctor is not send 5 refills this time out of 7 prescriptions. I am done with her and have found another in Sugar Land!
