I was referred to Dr. Jung by another Swedish Dr that I highly respect. Dr. Jung is hard to get an appointment with but is certainly worth the wait. She left no stone unturned and hopefully will find an answer. She quickly answers emails because it takes so long to get an appointment with her, but emails are not the same as a face to face. Appointments are not rushed, are caring and respectful. I had an aversion to one particular test so she came up with another one more amenable to me that also gave her the results she needed. She listens, is caring and doesn't rush you. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Jung is very knowledgable about M.S. and has provided me with exceptional care in the five years I've been a patient of hers. Her practice is a busy one so appointments are made several months ahead. She's provided me help with my employer when I've needed a letter regarding my disability. She's been an excellent listener, asks me good questions, reviews all my recent test results with me, referred me to other M.S. specialists and treats me like I'm her only patient when we're meeting together. She never seems rushed though I'm sure she is. I keep track of things we discuss and am responsible for following up on her suggestions. Sometimes I forget and she's been patient and forgiving. I would highly recommend Dr. Jung to anyone with M.S.

Dr. Jung came highly recommended, and I stuck with her for a couple years, however I was very unsatisfied with her demeanor. Several notes in my medical file are inaccurate, for example; she noted that I refused IV steroids, when in fact her office set-up the three day session. I was hospitalized due to the steroid reaction, and after being discharged, my chart notes, still stated I refused steroids. I had to request the file be changed to reflect the fact I had an allergic reaction. She also told my Dad that he was not being supportive by living out of state. When I asked a question, or talked about symptoms, she dismissed them, and relied on what she knows as being normal for MS, and not what was really happening with me. I am thankful I am no longer a patient, and I hope no one else has to experience the unprofessionalism, and condescending mannerisms of Dr. Jung.

I was referred to Dr Jung by a friend. She has been very professional and caring. She will spend time with the patient to answer and questions and explain things to you. I would refer her to my family members if they needed her help.

Dr. Jung came highly recommended and lived up to it. She was light years ahead of the on-call neurologist assigned by the emergency room. She found a mix of meds that has kept me seizure-free since 1993. She took a personal interest in finding me a prescription that minimized side effects, which were nearly debilitating. I wouldn't change for anything.
