Dr. Lily Nguyen Jones, DO

I saw this doctor abour a recurren, chronict urinary tract infection. After talking, she reluctantly started me on a 14 day course of an antibiotic. The medication did nothing to relieve the constant pain and burning. My Wife called three times after I finished the medication, to seek further instructions and had no feedback and no call back. Finally after the fourth call, someone called back and said I had no infection and to go to the drugstore and get an over the counter item and take that. She refused to prescribe a different class of antibiotic which might have made a difference. This doctor is uncaring and should not have a license to practice fraud on the public. This is the absolute worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with. Stay far away from her!
