Dr. Lily Tadayyon Kregenow, MD

My daughter has been trying for six months to get a records transfer to her new doctor now that she is an adult. She has prescriptions that have lapsed because the office is completely ignoring our records requests. We have provided release forms several times, been at the office in person (parents and daughter), called, and had the pharmacist call. We expected to get her records last week, finally. instead, we got a registered letter with ANOTHER release form to submit. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Now, my daughter cannot get her medications. I am writing reviews in the hopes that I will get someone's attention there, as I am unable to find the doctor's direct email or phone. I will revise this or delete it if they ever resolve the issue.

She's a GREAT doctor! She actually sits down and takes the time to talk to you, instead of getting the nurses notes. Dr. Kregenow is very attentive to both my daughter. She remembers little things I never would expect a doctor to remember and is very thorough in every aspect. Very nice, knowledgeable, and personable - She is absolutely the best Dr. I have found and I highly recommend her to be your children's physician.
