Rude, condescending, and poor technique. Will do what she can do take your money and not care once she has it.

Paid $21,500 for facelift eyelift liposuction and lip injections 3 weeks ago and have more wrinkles then before facelift have a lot more wrinkles under my eyes after having a lower eyelift liposuction was a joke to take fat and put it in jawline to smooth out lines fat never made it to jawline area instead SHE decided durning surgery to put it on my cheek bones as far as lip injections she only did the middle part of my lips the sides and corner were not filled. Now she wants to charge me thousands of dollar to correct what my $21,500 paid for that she screwed up. I am going schedule a consolation with another plastic surgeon in palm desert

I went in strictly as a cash patient. It was suggested by the doctor that it was very likely that my insurance can cover my surgery after I get a vision field exam. 2 weeks prior to my scheduled surgery date, I called to see if all the insurance paper work was in check to find out in fact it is not. I called my insurance to see what is necessary and I find out my vision field exam was never forwarded and the only request they received from the doctors office was a request for out patient surgery which does not need prior authorization. The insurance needs the vision test to see it is a medically necessary procedure and the doctors office knows this so why it was never forwarded is mind blowing. After clearing out my work calendar for the procedure and to find this out was to say the least , very disappointing. I expressed this to the office and was told " in order to move on, I think it is best to refer you to another doctor". Wow!!!! I had actually really liked my initial consultation… with Dr Lilly Lee and was really looking forward to my surgery . Still Shocked at why and how this was handled.
