Dr. Lily Carmen Lee, MD

The only reason I'm giving her a 5 star rating is because there is no sixth star. She has been great through all sorts of health problems and emergencies. Easy to access and her staff is helpful.

Never seems to be in her office. It seems she is off more days a week than she works per week. Doesn't check up on patients during hospital stay. waited years too long to send me to a urologist despite having several urinary tract infections per year for at least 3 years. Does not keep up with authorization {re-authorize} medications. When hospitalized and in rehabilitation care other Drs. wrote prescription orders to re-fill meds. One of these meds was something Dr. Lee had been prescribing me for years. When I tried to do the online ordering, I found this med needed re-authorization to fill my needs. Dr. Lee gave me the name of the Dr. that last prescribed with the phone # and told me to call and get that Dr. to re-authorize. I may be crazy but isn't that part of what a primary care physician is supposed to do? On another note she is sweet as cotton candy when I go for a visit which leads me to believe she knows how to catch more flies with honey!!!

I've had Dr. Lee as my physician for over 13 years. She is great! Caring, knowledgeable and really listens and talks to you A+++++

Dr. Lee is a really nice person who takes time to listen.
