Dr. Lincoln Mackey Snyder, MD

.I have known Dr Snyder for many years and have always known him to be a kind, compassionate and knowledgeable physician. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr Snyder had always been a very humble, honest, and patient-oriented physician. He is is very knowledgeable and has excellent survival skills.

I found Dr. Snyder to be everything you would want your surgeon to be. Quiet and gentle when delivering bad news but decisive on how to handle the situation. He did his job and he did it well.

My mother recently underwent a double mastectomy that Dr. Snyder performed at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, CA. I was very impressed with Dr. Snyder and his follow-through. Not only was he very patient in explaining things to us, the family members, but he was kind, gentle, and his follow-up was timely and very thorough. He also had great bed-side manners and made a bad situation as pleasant as possible. I felt that he treated us (and of course, his patient, who is my mother), as a real family, thoroughly and patiently answering our questions with empathy and kindness. We didn't feel that how he handled my mom or us was "routine" procedure/surgery in any way. He did convey confidence though, in his abilities and experience, and we felt we were all in good hands.

He is the very best.

Went to Dr Synder for a routine hernia operation. When I got home I didn't remember meeting with the doctor after the operation. When I called later he stated he talked to me but I was probably still under anesthesia and didn't remember. He should make sure the patient is coherent. I'm still suffering from the scar tissue of the operation, years later I feel stiffness and sometimes pain on contact. Although hernia's are routine and have some the scar tissue side affect, I'd rather go to another doctor and take my chances the outcome would be better.
