Follows up with visits routinely post-op; never in a hurry, answers all questions. Very professional yet warm, caring personality. I felt that I was in very capable hands.

She is AWESOME!!! She saved my life , thus the well being of my family. I can never thank her enough for her professional competence, training, care and followup. Thank you GOD for putting her in my life when I needed it most (Quadruple bypass 02/2015). Thanks to Dr. Bogar I am fully active and totally recovered and forever grateful.

My experience with Dr. Bogar was unexpected, so I have to evaluate her on the limited time we communicated. A top notch surgeon, who is definitely focused and professional. While I had the utmost faith in her skill, I was also impressed with her bedside manner. She is pleasant, willing to answer any questions you or your caregiver has, and balances reassurance with honesty. I was very scared about my surgery, but she made a difficult situation much easier. I did not have a followup with her directly (a bit odd, but I guess she would be available for complications), and her PA Jamie was great too. I didn't care for the office staff, who were a bit difficult (plus, the disability claims person seemed to complain about completing paperwork, and wasn't helpful). In short, you want this surgeon on your team.

She operated on my family member a few years ago. He is in his 30s and had "widower's block" and had to have emergent open heart surgery. She was very professional, had excellent bedside manner, and delivered patient-tailored care!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. BOGAR!!!!!

Dr. Bogar performed a complicated valve replacement on me 3 years ago. I feel great and you can hardly see the scar. Her team treated me with profound compassion.
