My Mother and I had Dr. England for many years. She is a Great Doctor and very attentive to both our needs. She makes you feel so comfortable, and VERY easy to talk to, about any of your concerns. We highly recommend this Doctor! Thank You Dr. England. Jeri Gavette & Marie Rhodes.

Would never refer to friend, family or stranger. Poor front desk manners and demeanor. Never seen staff smile or greet with friendly manner. Assistant and nurses not friendly or warm. Not informative at all about anything. None of the staff appear to care about you as a person. If you have any on-going illness, cold, flu, they make you wait even if having difficulty with length of time being I'll. They make you feel like you're putting them out. Not willing to go out of the way to be helpful. If they know your very sick, still have to wait a month to see Dr England. Not willing to call your insurance and specialist in order to coordinate for you to make it easier to get in to see specialist sooner if very sick. Made 3 complaints. One was to Dr. England. The other two complaints were to 2 different nurses. Doctor passed it off as being part of a Group of doctors so basically nothing she could do. Both nurses agreed with what I was letting them know. They both told me they would let… the Doctors know. I gave that practice many many chances..now just fed up and am switching to different practice.
