The experience and the time and consideration Dr. Evans and her staff spend with their patients is uncommon in this today's time. I am so grateful for the care they provided and the help they have given me.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Evans and her staff. It is hard to find a doctor's office where the staff is kind and the doctor is so knowledgeable. I enjoy walking through the door and seeing smiling faces happy to see me, even when I am a little cranky due to my crazy hormones! Thank you for being there!

I have seen Dr. Evans for about a year and have been receiving bio identical implants. She has always been vey very nice to me, prompt and informative. I sing her praises to all of my friends. I know many accomplished and well liked physicians in Cincinnati and they all think she is wonderful and speak very highly of her. For me....she is great! So kind and friendly. The bio identical therapy as been fantastic and has worked well for me. Her staff always seems to be courteous and helpful to me. I have never waited over ten minutes to be seen. Sorry if some of you ladies have had bad experiences, but for me, all is well.

Dr. Evans should know that the staff is terrible. I have just found out that they no longer accept Medicare. I also have BCBS but the staff is reluctant to send ME a written letter stating that Dr. Evans does not accept Medicare so my other insurance can pick up the bill. What is THAT all about! I will do the work, they just need to send me a note on her letter head. I hope I do not end up paying $200 for this appt and I am looking for another Gyno as we speak.

Was told she no longer accepted my insurance after I was undressed and on the table waiting for over an hour. Also told me I owed from prior year because they didnt accept my insurance then either. After discussing with my insurance company, I found the check from prior year was misapplied. Her office tried to get me to pay $500 before I left my appointment. They just called a week ago to inform me it was time to set up my annual appointment.

I've been going to Dr. Evans for two and a half years. I've never waited less than 45 minutes to see her, even when I'm the only one in the waiting room and no one came out the whole time. The website is always down, the office is run horribly. They have a huge turnover and I was perpetually talking to a new office manager or a new bookkeeper who was just as incompetant as the previous one.

more interested in "selling" additional services in addition to "insurance-covered" services. Doesn't allow call-in for questions without additional payment and tries to sell additional "tests that may not be covered by insurance".

I am a recent new patient of Dr. Evans due to a recent move my family has made to the great state of Ohio. She actually was very pleasant. Dr. Evans has a great sense of humor and is actually very down to earth. (Like a normal person) Which impressed me very much. I felt like I could tell her anything and it was the first time I had ever met her. I did however wait in the waiting room for about 25 minutes before seeing Dr. Evans but the staff is very friendly and I would recommend her to any friend of mine.
