Dr. Linda Lamm Gerard, MD

Very callous and impersonal. Only advice to me as a 20 year old college student seeing her for an annual was "take prenatal vitamins if you decide to get pregnant." Never again.

Long waits, crowed waiting rooms and she only spends 5 minutes in the room talking to you. I transferred there off post and the staff seemed to have a hard time keeping my records straight.

I definitely would not recommend Dr. Gerard as your OB/GYN doctor. Every appointment I went to I had to wait at least 45 minutes or more. They charged me hundreds of dollars when my insurance company pays 100%. Then when I brought it to their attention they said I would have to wait until after my baby was born which would have been at least another 6 months! Then Dr. Gerard and her nurse did not explain an important test that I should have been given the option of taking or not taking. Then when the results came back her nurse was very vague on the results and did not explain the next steps well at all. A pregnant woman has enough to worry about than having a doctor along with her staff that acts incompetent. I tried to give them chance after chance but there was always something so I left. The next doctor I went to explained everything and I only waited up to 15 minutes.

Dr. Gerard has been my OBGYN for 8 years. I think she is a wonderful OBGYN and wouldn't trade her for the world. She has took great care of me and my 3 babies during delivery and my care at the hospital and my prenatal visits. She is very professional and thorough.

When I got to the office I was the only person in the waiting room. The wait was very short. Dr. Gerard did not seem to be in a hurry at all. She listened and took my problem seriously. Office staff and nurses were friendly. Maybe they have made some changes. I will definitely be going to Dr. Gerard from now on.

Dr. Linda Gerard has NO COMPASSION! She allowed my daughter to labor for hours, push for hours and overall this was the absolute WORST birthing experience that I have ever experienced! I would never recommend Dr. Gerard to anyone!

a lot of check but do nothing, every time made me pain

I have actually switched from this doctors office because the customer service was so poor and the wait time to actually see the doctor was so long. I would wait in excess of an hour most visits and she would always make me feel rushed when I did get to see her. The front desk receptionist was always rude if I had any questions and I never got anywhere if I needed something. They sent my lab's to the wrong lab and now it is in collections and on my credit report. I have called twice with no return call and my insurance has contacted them several times as well to try to rememdy the situation and they have not returned the call either.

I wait over 2 hours every time i go to her office and all she can say is we we are having problems today. No your office has problems every time i go there. I WILL never go to this doctor for another birth nor will i tell anybody anything good about her. I hope she losses her licenses.
