Dr. Linda Witmer Good, MD

Dr. Good's staff is unprofessional, rude, and immature. I have on more than one occasion seen them answer the phone and put a patient on hold just to continue gossiping. Dr.Good has never been responsive to my complaints about this or about how I was personally treated by the staff. She has frequently forgotten important information about bad reactions to medications, about tests she herself ordered and about the details of my chronic and serious condition. She does not make eye contact, or spend adequate time, in fact she seems to constantly be in a rush to see you out the door. I have often waited more than an hour to be seen, only to have my concerns not addressed, while she basically went over already resolved issues and reviewed my chart. She is not competent, she is not courteous, she isn't Good at all.

I have been seeing Dr. Good as my primary doctor for over 15 years. She's smart, compassionate, patient, thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. And probably most important in my case, she takes the aches and pains that impinge on my cycling very seriously. As a cyclist herself, she knows that giving up cycling will only be an option when a lot more of my moving parts are broken. The other docs at Mt. Airy Family Practice are great too. On a same-day sick visit, if she's on vacation, any one of the other docs have provided me with excellent care.
