Dr. Linda Mary Hermiller

We know our bodies better than Dr. Herman miller will ever now when you try to explain to her why your ankles were swollen like your chest hurt why you couldn’t sleep things were wrong she said well your levels were fine and she wasn’t going to change anything or year and a half later I went to a new doctor I’ve lost 15 pounds my ankles are swollen and I don’t hurt anymore I don’t refer her to anyone

I'm very sick, and provided them my labs, and my other physician contacted them to get me in to an appointment ASAP. They treated both me and my physician poorly (said only their office manager could judge how sick I really am), and want to make me wait 3 months. It's a shame - I've heard good things about the doctor. But she's going to get a terrible reputation because her office staff is so rude to prospective new patients.

Would not recommend if you have any endocrine disorder besides diabetes. She "doubted" the high dose steroids I'd been given would effect my menstrual cycle. I had hair growth on my cheeks, terrible menstrual irregularities, migraines...too many symptoms to mention. I've lost out on a lot of life b/c of her absence of knowledge of the endocrine system and how the steroids affected my health. Steroids can also suppress thyroid function and that was never mentioned either. Severely dissappointed in this doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Hermiller's for years. I think she is awesome. She took the time to get to know me as her patient versus knowing me as a diabetic statistic. She has helped me through many Diabetic issues and has backed me when my insurance company wanted to deny some medical equipment that would help me live a healthier quality of life. I ahve recommended her to many fiends and family nmembers and will continue to do so. She truly knows the disease and has always been there for me.
