This wonderful women put my shattered leg back together. She is matter-of-fact, has a great sense of humor and can communicate on a very human level. Her confidence reigns supreme in keeping with the multitude of awards and degrees she has earned. She's exceptional.

Wonderful experience and outstanding care. If not for her careful evaluation and recommendation, my son would have had knee surgery. She instead opted for an alternative which included the use of orthovisc (a series of 3 injections).My son has regained full mobility with no pain or residual swelling. Way to go Dr.Jackson. This mother thanks you!!!!

No instructions, no communication, no follow up, no return phone calls, Poor choice!

Definate workmans comp dr. I made an appt with Dr. Jackson but never saw her. She has another Dr. fill in for her. Office staff are rude. As I waited people were talking about the rude staff, I actually saw people leave, I couldn't since It was workmans comp.

Dr. Jackson performed surgery on my ankle. In highschool I dislocated my foot, broke my tibia, and tore the interior and exterior ligaments of my ankle. I needed emergency surgery to correct the damage. The emergency room doctors told me that Dr. Jackson was one of the best, and as far as I can tell they were right. I needed a titanium plate seven screws and an anchors to reattach the ligaments. I could not put pressure on my ankle for 6 months. Yet a year later, I was able to play soccer my senior year. Now eight years later I am able to run three miles with moderate discomfort. Although, my ankle will never be 100% I believe Dr. Jackson got me as close to 100% as possible. While the bed side manner may be lacking, my results would lead me to seek out Dr. Jackson if, God forbid, something happened to someone in my family.

If you value your time, run, don't walk to another doctor. The most unprofessional staff I have EVER encountered. They are rude,lazy disrespectful....the worst. Forget about getting anything done with them. God help you if you need prescription refills or any kind of follow up. They will put you on hold forever or drop your call. You will have to call 50 times to get anything done. The office is messy - - a pig pen. The doctor can be very moody & places blame on patient or physical therapist for lack of progress. In other words, die on the street if you have to, just do yourself a favor & go see someone else.

Dr. Jackson and her Staff were very gracious to me and my wife. I would recommend her to anyone who needs any type of orthopedic surgery and the outcome of my sugery surpassed my expectations. Her staff at Northside OR were outstanding and very kind.

Lazy and uninterested in digging in and finding out the extent of a persons' injury, much less helping them fully recover. A perfect Workers' Comp doctor!
