Dr. Leung mis-diagnosed me. I had a blood clot, and she told me it was tendonitis. She spoke down to me throughout the whole video-call (during COVID, so couldn't be seen in-person without some kind of referral); she told me that "naturally, your dominant arm is bigger than your non-dominant arm," and told me to NOT come in for an appointment because it was just too dangerous with COVID. She did not listen to me well when I told her my symptoms (entire arm was swollen, tender, warm, and red). I had been told by another Kaiser doctor 3 days prior, to do RICE for a week and then start some exercises for my arm, and I didn't think that was right--nothing had helped, and I was so concerned about how swollen my arm was, which is why I made a video appt. Dr. Leung refused to make me an in-person appointment, spoke down to me, belittled me, and mis-diagnosed me. I'm still trying to get the blood clot resolved 2 months later because of her poor judgment.

Horribly rude

Waiting in the room 40 min. Can not answer for my questions. Can not help my medical concern.

my doctor appt. was being rescheduled three times within two weeks and i had to wait almost an hour outside her office to see her.
