Dr. Ly is a thorough and skillful physician. She always very patient and attentive to my concerns. I know that when I make an appointment with her I can expect relief to follow. Also, when extra assistance is needed she doesn't hesitate to make referrals or order more testing. Thanks Dr. Ly for your warmth, care, and service.

Dr Ly is, without a doubt, the most comprehensive doctor I have ever seen. She is smart, asks great health questions, remembers my issues from past visits and is just a pleasure to deal with. She is quick, but, takes time to explain everything and makes me feel I am part of the process. She is the excellent at what she does. I am a fan!

I got to see Dr. Ly in action when my boyfriend got sick. So when I got sick with the same thing, I went to her. She took extra time to hear about another 'painful' problem that I have been having for about 4 years now. Other doctors just wanted to collect the insurance money for the visit and send my 'complicated' problem elsewhere. She actually gave me some ideas of what could be going on with this problem and started treatment. She asked questions that no one else asked and gave me information that no one else seemed to have or even want to look up. It is refreshing to have a doctor that doesn't act like a bad mechanic.

We found Dr. Ly professional and pleasant. She asked my symptoms and checked my vitals signs a second time after the nurse. She made sure my records were updated, and she made her diagnosis. It is a layman's opinion, but I think she made the right diagnosis. She gave me prescriptions, which helped my symptoms, and she typed out and signed a note for my employer. We socialized only briefly; Dr. Ly was always pleasant, but she remained professional. I would recommended Dr. Ly to any family member who sought a general practitioner.
