Dr. Linda Kathleen Peterson, MD

Dr Peterson used a tool to break apart a tumor on my daughters ovary. She said" I am 100% certain it is not cancer",after leaving part of my daughters fallopian tube hanging behind with cancer attached, yes it was cancer and Peterson said" I dropped the ball". no she dropped the bomb not a ball.Has she wondered once what her ignorance has cost my daughter? I would not give her one star except the site is requiring at least a star.

She did a hysterectomy on me and stitched my uerter during the procedure didn't check before closing me up. Finally after four days of terrible pain I found out that it was her mistake. Had to get nerphrostomy tube in my back and a stent put in. It was the worst two months of my life. Now the medical bills are piling up. I would not recommend her at all.

Dr. Linda Peterson tried to scare me into having a hysterectomy when my fibroids grew. She hinted it could be cancer, and she recommended immediate removal of my uterus! I went home devastating and crying. I asked if I could keep my uterus and just remove the fibroids and she told me no. She never offered a myomectomy. She never educated me on my options. She was completely unprofessional and used fear to coerce me. I thankfully got another opinion and underwent a myomectomy by a top-skilled professional and I did not have cancer either. She was my worst nightmare of a doctor. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to her!

She is the most caring and compasionate doctor I have ever had. She directed us to a great fertility specialist and delivered both of my boys. I wish she was my primary doctor. I miss seeing her as I am done having babies.

I believe a good doctor will take the role of educator and guide -- not use fear and misinformation to cause someone to react out of emotional panic. Peterson did the latter--caused me fear when none was warranted. Thankfully I didn't act on her advice!! Went to world class expert to check her "mis-information". She failed miserably when it came to quality care. Very sad. Thankfully it didn't cause me body parts which she wanted!! Still have them. Beware.

She is amazing! Have had her for all 3 of my pregnancies. Has gotten me throgh some rough times with my health. You may have to wait a little longer in the waiting room, but she makes sure that she spends quality time with every patient. She is a caring in and out of the office!

Very difficult to reach if having a problem. Bedside manner is caring (in person), but some strange interpersonal skills (i.e. doesn't look you in the eye, sits too close to you when talking). I had a problem with a pregnancy and couldn't get anyone in her office to respond to me. Very stressful when dealing with an already stressful situation.
