They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My daughter has a flat feet and over pronated. We had her checked it there when she was 4- 6 years old and brought the issue. But the doctor said there is no problem. We moved to different doctors in East Side and the new pediatrician said my daughter needs podiatrist to check her foot because it is flat footed and over pronated. He told us that it should have been corrected earlier like 4-5. Sadly the doctor in Providence Pediatrics said there was no problem. The old lady in the front offrice is not friendly.
