I am currently in remission from my skin condition thanks to Dr. Ackerman. It took some time to find the right combination of treatments, but Dr. Ackerman persisted and the results have been great.

I had a constant rash for more than a year, and was receiving treatment elsewhere. I switched to Dr Ackerman and am SO glad I did. Knowing how much it was bothering me, she treated me aggressively. When the first medications weren't giving the result she wanted within two weeks, we switched to another medication and within two weeks more, the itching is gone, the skin is healing and I've not felt this good in years. I will definitely be back!

I appreciated the fact that even though she did not agree with my decision to not use sunscreen with my children all the time she was very professional, polite and non-judgemental. She shared with me pertinent info about the importnace of sunscreen but left me make the decision without condemnation. I appreciate that! She is a very good doctor.
