She wins the award for shortest time spent on a Dr visit (not in a good way). My first time seeing her and she was very dismissive. She only spent about 2 minutes with me. Definitely got the feeling got the feeling she was running late for a night out with the girls or something. Would 100% not recommend.

Really wish I had read reviews of Dr. Enns before going to see her. She was less than two minutes in the examination room. Refused to do a simple procedure while there. Wanted me to come back a week later for a 15 minute procedure. When I scheduled the visit, the person on the phone assured me the procedure would be done that day. I believe it all comes down to how many office visits she can charge NOT caring for her patients. Highly recommend finding a caring dermatologist.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had with any type of medical office. She lacks any personal skills and gives no information. She seems more like a student intern, instead of a physician who has had years of experience. If you are looking for a dermatologist, please look elsewhere.

We were referred to Dr. Enns by our primary care Dr. bc of her background in pediatrics. My son was very nervous about the appointment due to a bad first experience with cryotherapy. We told t Dr. Enns about his fears and she proceeded with the appointment without acknowledging my son or even introducing herself to him (or us for that matter). She was rushed, dismissive, and condescending throughout the entire visit. A couple of times she actually rolled her eyes at things we said. She wouldn’t even get close enough to touch or exam my son. How can you examine and derive a treatment plan for someone’s skin condition if you won’t get close enough to even touch them?! Needless to say, we left disappointed and untreated. Please- do yourself a favor and do not take your pediatric patients to Dr. Enns. Her bio may say pediatric dermatologist, but she is clueless about how to interact and respond to children. :(

Dr. Enns is an excellent physician. Not only is she fantastic, but the office staff is pleasant and I did not have to wait. Highly recommend.

My daughter drove 2 1/2 hours to see this lady. When she got there no one would come closer than 5 feet. After being a nurse for 20 years myself, I KNOW you don’t treat patients like a pariah. Your there to calm, reassure and treat said patient. This is the most blatant refusal to treat I have ever experienced. This woman needs to lose her license, you just don’t treat people like that. If she’s lost her compassion she needs to throw in the towel.

I took my wife to see this So called Dr. Today. She rushed through the exam if that's what you want to call it. She brushed off our concerns about areas that looked like something that needed to be looked at. When my wife insisted tht she look closer she half attempted an exam. She would touch my wife's skin. How can you b ed a Derm Dr. Without touching your patient! Never again, complete waste of our time. RUDE, RUSHED DR.

Dr. Enns was saw me for less than 5 minutes. She didn't want to look at any moles under my clothes despite my concerns. When I insisted she look, she gave them a half second glance and promptly left. I was left feeling very disappointed. I wanted to give her another try and made an appointment the following year. Unfortunately, the office called to reschedule. I couldn't get an opening for two months that worked around my schedule. When that appointment finally arrived, I found out that they had "left a voicemail" asking me to reschedule AGAIN. I had taken off work and was on my way. I only found out because I called their office asking where their location was inside the hospital. I am incredibly disappointed and would not advise anyone to see her.

This was the first time to see Dr. Enns. I brought my daughter in for her acne problem and was seen very quickly. We had to wait maybe 20 minutes to get in the room and Dr. Enns came in less than 10 minutes later. She was very pleasant and made my daughter feel comfortable. She thoroughly explained the course of action we were going to take to help with her problem. I've read some of the other low rated reviews and I really don't know how they perceived her in such a negative manner. We will be returning. As a matter of fact, I have seen a different dermatologist in the past that I like just fine, but I will following up with Dr. Enns from here on out.

Dr Enns, was abrupt, rushed, unconcerned, I have frequent cellulitis in my left leg and was was concerned it was about to break down, Dr Enns did not touch me, bend over to look at it. glanced at it as she walked out the door. said might be yeast. She did not do a scraping to confirm her diagnosis. The area I asked her to look at has broken down, and for diabetics this is very serious. I would estimate she spent approx. 3 minutes in the room with me. I have returned to Conway Regional for my dermatology needs . I will say her nurse is excellent, the only thing pleasant about this ordeal.
