Lindsey Otis was extremely proofessional and attentive to the difficulties I was experiencing with my CPAP. She took the time to arrange an equipment update . She followed up with a very helpful email to ensure that I was satisfied with my new equipment. I am very lucky to have her on my health maintenance team
