Great until complication, I had 8 procedures done, was treated very well and was making great excellent progress until I had a pain complication several weeks after a knee ablation...when I FINALLY got through to a "nurse" who with a tremendous attitude proceeded to tell me all of Ramos Center issues, I was told it's Friday no one is available, I had been calling for two days, ..I finally wound up going to the ER where they took care of the issue but from the Dr Shroyer & Ramos Center there was NO FOLLOW UP, NO DOCTOR ON CALL AFTER HOURS...just be advised if it's Friday or after hours you are on you own...I have since sought other pain management to continue my treatment, it was extremely disappointing as I was a client making great progress but no after care or care in an emergency..,wish I could recommend but be advised you are on your own...

Dr. Shroyer is a kind, very entelligent., well trained and compassionate. I recommend her to lots of people. I get relief from her treatments and I never have to take strong pain pills.

The Dr, is a sweet girl. She doesn't use her prescription pad, but she is knowledgable. And she is very pretty. I believe her practice will keep growing. She will eventually write for medicines (usually) overdue, but the poor girl did schooling in Kentucky. A colleague of hers recommended her to me. Surprised how different they are. Her colleague is now a hospitalist, and on of the worst drs I've ever seen. Not like Dr. L. She cares, but she's really not a pain dr. Maybe, a better diagnostician. Still could do worse. I say diagnostician because once you get to a pcp they know the problem. It's their job to assess a plan for coping. So, since she tried to figure out the puzzle that is my body, and failed I give her 2 stars for trying. We all know as terminal, or chronic and unbearable pain patients how unfortunate it is the fed agencies have attempted, and with much success, scared every caretaker to death. It's really sad. Dr. I hope you practice long enough to realize you treat 100… legit patients for every 5-6 that may need help and sympathy.
