Went there today to pick up my father after eye surgery. Could not find a place to park, valet was completely overwhelmed (need more). Only 1 of 4 elevators was working. Building is filthy... old paint, old carpet etc. Had to park out on 2nd street and beg aid to wheel him out there....Witness driver backing into cement planter (twice)while making a u-turn (yes in the parking lot) then almost backing over a patient in the parking lot. COMPLETE INSANITY. Surgery center seemed over crowded and nurses/aids seemed completely overwhelmed.

Been to Mills many time for blood, x-rays, lab test etc. Never met anyone that wasn't kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Hate hospital but truly do not mind going there. The place is beautiful and they are still improving.

Your worker this morning at 8 was vacuuming in front of a older woman eating her little breakfast and the vacuum stunk he need to finish the rest of the building he was taking this time but the vacuum stunk filthy and you could tell she did not appreciate being around her that stinky vacuum and that was this morning around 7:38 we're sitting there waiting. For a doctor's visit that was down in the lobby where the where the museum pictures of the old hospitals
