Dr. Lindsey McElligott was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. She traveled east for college and graduated from Wellesley College in 2003 with a degree in Neuroscience. Her interest in dentistry was sparked during college while at a routine visit to her hometown dentist. In particular, Dr. McElligott was interested in the hands-on aspect of dentistry as well as the opportunity to establish long-term relationships with patients. Dr. McElligott attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and graduated in 2008. While at Tufts, she earned a Tufts Merit Scholarship and was also recognized on the Dean's Honor Roll for her performance on the National Board Dental Examination. Dr. McElligott began her career at a practice south of Boston and is excited to continue her practicing at Metrowest Family Dental. Â She is a member of the American Dental Society and the Massachusetts Dental Society. Dr. McElligott lives in Dover with her husband and two dogs.
