I’ve never written a review like this. I’m not litigious and I’m so grateful for so much of the care I’ve received for my complex medical condition. But this doctor is a cruel menace. She botched my procedures several times. Left me in excruciating pain, terrified, and in far worse condition than I’d been in. She offered no follow up ever. Was dismissive and cruel and blamed me for the leads becoming dislodged. She lies and manipulates. I am considering formal legal recourse because there needs to be some accountability.

Dr Jacques is one of the nicest surgeon I've had, she was so detailed helpful w/ my questions it made me feel good that she was my surgeon.

Worst ever! Don’t go to her please! I’m just saying to help others. She botched a spinal cord stimulator implant on me at UCSF and tried to cover it up for a year. She wouldn’t admit she put the wrong one in!! She is evil. She gaslights me and won’t refer me to someone that can help. Now I need to sue her and the UCSF. Unbelievable.
