Dr. Liping Laura Zhong, MD

Presented with upper respiratory infection, headache, eye and sinus pressure, cough keeping me up at night, frontal sinus pressure, severe fatigue. Her recommendations? Green tea, essential oils in humidifier, and take Mucinex, and irrigate nose with peroxide water. Her treatment did not help and I went to another doctor after her and diagnosed with sinusitis and bronchitis; given steroids, antibiotic and cough medicine. Felt better in 1 day. I think she failed to actually provide me with "medical" treatment.

My daughter had 2nd degree burns and arrived at urgent care to be see. After a 45 minute wait, Dr Zhong lectured her about the heated blanket and didn't treat her wounds. We later went to a second practitioner to receive help. A month later we received a $550 bill for the five minute electromagnetic field lecture. Only see Dr Zhong is you'd like your fears dismissed and to pay $100 a minute.

Does not know how to properly speak to kids, shows no compassion and can be rude. Would not recommend this doctor to any family or friends especially when it comes to her seeing their kids.

I workout for a living and have been out for four days due to a sinus infection (I can self-diagonis this because it's chronic). I had a fever while I was at the office. The doctor told me to take some Tylenol for the fever and "be more active." Seriously?

I had strep throat and she didn't know what's wrong with me.

I waited for ever, was there 15 min early but ended up waiting an hour to see this Dr. She had her nurses do all the questions and she only came in 5 min tops to see what the PA and nurses were doing. Never even asked my name or look me in the eye, even though this was a general check up, I still expect the dr to are least be present while the nurses or assistants do all the work. Cold Dr. Terrible experience, would never go back to her.

Dr. Zhong always takes extra time and asks probing questions. She humors me when I try to self diagnose, but educates me on the real problems. Her office has always accomodated any appointment requests.
