Love her she really cares about you

I want to begin by saying I generally feel strongly that Dr. Nayak is a fabulous doctor. She is very talented and she listens to your concerns and needs. The downside to Dr. Nayak is her UNPROFESSIONAL, unskilled staff. Not all of the staff are unskilled just the billing department, the appointment schedulers, the check-in/check-out and the hold time on the phone and in office before and after being seen. They are unprofessional because they are still using paper instead of computers to keep up with client files. There are files all over the office and the staff has to search through mounds of files in order to find just one. Next the staff doesn't really understand what you are asking them due to the language barrier, which creates sure a problem when you make an appointment and billing. Nothing is more frustrating that telling someone your problem and they not know what your talking about or where to send you let alone how to schedule you. Please step into the future Dr. Nayak cause… I really don't want to change doctors but as its going I may just have to.

Dr. Nayak is an excellent doctor.
