The best doctor in town. Dr Al listened to me and helps me maintain my health. Her office is very comfortable to be in. All patients I see are happy and confident in her care. Thank you Dr Al!!!

I signed up when this doctor was accepting new patients but when needed an appointment they turned me down. Not professional at all. Recommend avoiding this doctor!!!!

Although I had EVERY SINGLE DETAIL that was on insurance card. They would not take my sick child because I didn’t have the physical card. My insurance company even faxed over everything including the status of insurance and they are telling me that without the card they can not take her. When I asked why she said this is our policy. From everywhere I’ve ever gone pharmacy, other dr., er room etc I’VE NEVER HAD TO HAVE HER PHYSICAL COPY. I will be changing mine, and my Daughter’s primary care physician! Wouldn’t step foot in this office!

I am a patient. She has kept me and my whole family health. We are proud to call her our family doc. Staff is amazing and very helpful

The doctor is very nice, but the front desk do not have clue on how to handle customer. I will never go back to that office again. One othe thing, I used to pay $80.00 for regular visit. Last year I took my child for visit since I had insurance this time I gave them my card. All of a sudden they charged the insurance $200.00. The insurance declined the bill and we ended up paying $120.00 with $60.00 discount. The next time I went there for myself I hide my insurance card and pay $80.00 as usual. For me it works better becaus this way I don't spend too much time seating there for no reason. Visiting without insurance is quick and cheaper. Funny ha? But it is reality.

Front desk answer phone rude, I called today to make appointment for the new patient, the lady said who's calling who's calling. Then she told me we don't take patient in rude tone of her voice. It's a good thing I did not make appointment in this office I can just imagin how rest of the stuff like.

I have been with dr al for a long time, I went right along with her when she left Stafford. she has a wonderful bed side manner, I have been really sick, and within 24 hrs after seeing her I am feeling 90. % better. and her staff is fantastic.

Glad to have her as my doctor.

Such a helpful staff and Dr. Al was so welcoming and did her best to help me. I truly felt like I was served.
