Dr. Lirio Escarrilla Palmos, MD

Our experience with Dr. Palmos was awful. The only reason we saw her is because our regular pediatrician wasn’t available. Had we known our pediatrician wouldn’t have been available, we would’ve scheduled a different time. Dr. Palmos didn’t wear a face shield or gloves. She did not wash her hands upon entering the room. She examined my infant’s mouth without gloves, and when the baby’s pacifier fell she tried to put it back into the baby’s mouth without washing it. She was very rude, and did not like when I asked questions for clarification. She also refused to treat baby for thrush even though the breastfeeding mother was being treated. Dr. Palmos did not thoroughly examine the baby for thrush. When asked about another concern on the baby’s body, she did not even look at it. We waited in the room for an hour and a half before being seen, and when she finally came in my baby was very fussy. Dr. Palmos visually and verbally expressed her frustration and lack of patience with a crying… infant. I would not recommend her as a pediatrician. She’s not clean, not friendly, and she is not thorough.

I have nothing to say but great things about this clinic. I have been bringing my children with Dr. Palmos for more than a decade now and she is the best. I would not want any doctor for my kids other than her. She is very attentive and very flexible with my babies issues. She & all her staff are very warm & friendly too.

Since after my infant's birth, my experience with Dr. Palmos and her entire office staff was very pleasant heart warming. I feel so blessed to have her as my baby's doctor. She is attentive to what I am saying and she spends adequate time to address my child's issues each time. Her staff are equally professionally efficient and very friendly. I have referred many of my relatives and friends to Dr. Palmos to take care of their children.

I have been going here since my daughter was born and now that I have a one year old son she is NOT good. Dr Priscilla Neil is the best one there. My one yr old had a bad cough Dr Palmos never acknowledged, all she said was he had an ear infection. I ended up taking him to pediatric afterhours 2 days later he had pneumonia and was admitted to hospital. DO NOT go here

I have been bringing my 9 yrs old child to Dr. Lirio Palmos since her birth. My experience with her and her people were always extra pleasant and satisfying. Almost always, when I come on time for my child's appointment, I don't have to wait longer than 15 minutes. Everybody at her office is very friendly and accommodating. My daughter loves Dr. Palmos and I am very happy with her. She is very thorough and very attentive to my child's issues and concerns that I tell her. I have peace of mind knowing that a very competent & friendly Pediatrician is taking very good care of my baby. I have been recommending Dr. Palmos to all my relatives & friends.

I have been going to Dr. Palmos since my baby was born and she has been nothing but horrible to me and my child. I am having trouble with finding my baby formula that works and doesn't make her colic, constipated, gassy, or vomit (everything that i have tried makes her sick in a different way) and she is not willing to help me at all. She has told me that i am just going to have to deal with a fussy baby because babies cry and I cant have a perfect baby. She has told me that it is my fault that my baby is sick and I will just have to deal with it until she grows out of it. She is not willing to work with me at all! I would NOT recommend her to anyone even my worst enemy does not deserve to be treated the was she has treated me and my daughter. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!
