Dr. Lisa Anne Brawley, MD

Our office strives to comply with the established medical standard of care. For some patients that means weekly visits. Labs are reviewed by Dr. Brawley and acted on if needed when they are received. Dr. Brawley does not wait until the next patient visit to review the patient's lab results. We respond to all requests for medical records in compliance with federal and state laws. Fax requests for records are happily responded to. If the request is from another medical provider, records are sent free of charge.

She claims to be a doctor but the office is only her and her husband, that both are VERY rude. When he answers the phone he does not answer in a professional way, then questions you when you ask who your speaking to and name of office to confirm your calling the right place. She is not there to help anyone, just to collect money. Why would a patient ever need to see a doctor weekly, especially when she does not take vitals or review blood work if ordered. The first appointment she makes it seem like she cares and is there to help patients, NOPE. I will be reporting her to the Medical Board and BBB, as some people do not think to check the medical board prior to seeing a doctor. The office is so cheap they will not accept the fax to get medical records sent over and I hear it's a nightmare to get your's from her. I did request for her to send copy's of appointment and notes to a specialist, as that was only way to make an appointment with the specialist needed, this request has never… been completed. For the amount they charge insurance for unnecessary appointments and wasted gas for the patients this is a joke we can not get updated records to doctors that need them. Steer clear of this very unprofessional office and her bi-polar moods. I can't wait to turn her into the medical board, which reading others reviews way to late, she probably already has enough complaints to finally get her put out of business. HORRIBLE PERSON THAT SHOULD NOT BE ADDRESSED WITH THE RESPECT OF BEING A DOCTOR AND HER NASTY DISRESPECTFUL DIRTY HUSBAND.

Dr. Brawley is is professional and accommodating. I hope to continue treatment with her indefinitely.

I've been a patient for a year... the first primary doctor I've ever had that sits down with you and listens and discusses all your concerns. I absolutely love her.

Really knows what she is doing and takes the time to explain what is going on. Not afraid to tell you if she doesn't know what is going on and refer you to someone else. The office is small and personal, and you are treated as a person and not just a source of income.

I've been seeing Dr. Brawley regularly for almost five years. She is knowledgeable, understanding, open minded, intelligent, and diligent in her patient care. VERY RARELY do you have to wait yet she spend more time with me than any other doctor in my 50 years. She is highly recommended! Oh, excellent secretary too ; ) !!

Good dr who will help you get better with your health issues

The doctor ordered the wrong tests through the lab that she uses which caused me to have to return to her office to have her send away for the correct test to be done and when I recieved a bill from the lab for the test she ordered by accident she refused to do the right thing and take care of it. Richard the male secretary was extremely rude when I called for the second time because two days had gone by since the first time I had called to ask the doctor to take care of the bill. Not to mention the multiple times I had to sit there for an hour or more when I had a scheduled appointment waiting to be seen, I had even walked out after waiting over an hour and a half on one ocassion to have to take more time off of work and lose money to reschedule with her. Overall this little rinky dink office is not even worth walking into. Richard is an angry little man that is rude to people that call or come in and Dr. Brawley makes up excuses and apologizes for him regularly, but I guess she has… to since they are a couple. Shouldn't mix business with pleasure, makes it hard to fire your boyfriend when he is also your secretary. I work hard for my money and am not a doctor! I hope this helps you make your decision not to see this doctor!
