Family doctors is just a money hungry machine that's gotten worse over the last couple of years (since they had renovations done and need to pay for it). They made us start coming in every 3 mos, for no reason (on same mess for many years and no issues). It's such a scam! The doctors are arrogant and don't listen to you. They rush people through like a herd of cattle. The cramped wait room is always jam packed with people (coughing and hacking all over you) and the wait time is always, at least an hour. I have often become sick from waiting there. And don't you dare leave to go back to work or cancel less than 48 hrs in advance or they'll charge you $25, and send you threatening letters. They have no consideration of the fact that our time is money too! Because of the office hours that the premadonna doctors keep, we have to go there during work hours. Also, the front desk people are incredibly rude! OMG. For years the'd ask you, in front of the whole waiting room,… exactly why you're there. Now they give you a piece of paper to write it down - finally. But they also love to speak aloud about your bill and harass and shame you for payment in front of everyone. They even threaten to break ties with you, and follow up by sending you nasty, threatening letters by mail. One time the front desk lady would not give me my heart med until I paid my Bill (which I explained had been paid in full, but they hadn't cashed the check yet, but they didn't want to hear it, and wanted me to pay again). Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this practice I'm SO done with Family doctors and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! By the way, my primary doc had me taking 2 meds that cause seizures together. Thankfully, a specialist caught it, a year later! (She was surprised that I hadn't had a seizure. I could have died!)

I hate dealing with the receptionists. I find them to lack compassion.
