Dr. Lisa L Chan, MD

Dr. Chan has some good points but when she told me that Doctor Fauci was her hero I immediately thought that it was time to change doctors. Quacks supporting quacks is a serious problem in our times.

No one there is knowledgeable, they always say they will send something over and never do! Everytime I went in for a visit I left out the same way I came no knowing what’s wrong with me. You never see the same doctor. They always help you with anything. And the I question if they are even real doctors.

Just left her office for shoulder pain. Dropped 110.00$ for a visit and her so called Expertise. Her medical advice to me was to change the way i do my job at work, get a massage and take ibuprofen. No evaluation, no diagnosis, no x-ray ordered or even considered. WOW! just pay over there! HER WORDS not mine. What a joke!!!!!!!! Ashley S

No compassion, the doctor did not inspect condition and pushes you out the door. Support staff was quality and polite, the doctors on the other hand could care less about you.

Should be sued for MALPRACTICE

My first visit with Dr Chan was good. She was informative, caring and professional.

Refused to admit to an error on her part. Thinks that she is God's gift to the medical field, knowing more than the specialists. Treats without consulting specialists.

I have seen Dr. Chan twice now and both times have left with no diagnosis. She will just refer you to someone else or in my case to the emergency room or urgent care. You wait an hour or more for her to not even check your ears and tell you to see someone else. Do not waste your time with this doctor!
