Dr. Lisa Diane Crutcher, MD

Decided to list my primary care doctor as the nurse even though I have seen Dr Crutcher multiple times. Nurse moved offices an hour away and they are saying they are not accepting "new" clients and I must make the drive. I prefer knowing I have an MD backing up everything but they want to push me off on the nurse and refuse to see me even though I've been going to the office for years. I can't get to the other town for appointments so now I'm left with no medical doctor for the year. Total garbage. Staff is rude and unhelpful.

I just don't have enough time or space to say all the negative things I could say about my experiences with Dr. Crutcher's office. The one time I did meet with her, she was pleasant. However, everything else has been an uphill battle. This would be a good place to go if you need a form signed that says you saw a physician. If you need healthcare, they are just this side of useless.

Dr. Crutcher and her staff are kind, knowledgeable and focused on making patients feel cared for at all times. Dr. Crutcher answers your questions clearly and with out making you feel silly for asking. I feel like my health and the health of my child are in excellent hands.

First, I have never had a doctor who REQUIRED a "get to know you" office visit before you became a new patient (and also billing my insurance for this visit). Of the six office visits I had with Dr. Crutcher, FIVE were cancelled for varioius reasons. You just couldn't count on her being there, not ever. There was always some extraordinary reason given by the clinic. Now I found out that she "resigned" but the office staff made it pretty clear that she resigned about five minutes before she was terminated. I'm sure she'll wind up at another clinic in due time, I just hope whoever sees her isn't very sick. They'll be dead by the time they actually get to see her. Find another doctor.
