I am a 71 yr old female with CNS Lymphoma (brain). Dr DeAngelis and her team took me through the Methotrexate treatment 11 months ago at MSK and my scans are now clear. She is not only brilliant but personable and kind. I consider myself quite fortunate to be her patient.

Diagnosed CNS lymphoma after three other hospitals and six other docs could not. Patient in exams trying to answer myriad of questions. Treated me with hi dose methotrexate and cleared. With a recurrence a year later. Dr D and excellent 7th fl nursing staff treated again then brought in stem cell transplant team. Excellent responsive office and clinical team gave us a feeling of continuing support.

It is sure not easy dealing with having a disease in my own field!(Primary CNS Lymphoma) I think the treatment approach has been honed to get a maximized response with minimal side effects, not zero but close considering the serious of what I am dealing with. My MD's led by Dr DeAngelis are doing wonderful.
