Dr. Lisa Elizabeth Diard, MD

Dr. Diard has been my daughter’s pediatrician for the last 8 years. She has always been exceedingly kind and gentle, she has worked with us through several issues without causing panic or additional stress. We moved near a much closer CC facility years ago, but continue to drive to see Dr. Diard because I cannot imagine my daughter seeing anyone else.

Our daughter had ongoing issues with projectile vomiting and what appeared to be reflux. We went months with constant vomiting every day and a baby who was miserable overall. Our daughter was on Alimentum from Similac after other formulas did not help her and the issue still persisted. To make a long story short we ended up switching our daughter to Nutrimagen from Enfamil on our own. Within a couple days the vomiting ceased and by the end of the week everything was completely normal. At our next visit we informed Dr. Diard of the change in formula only to be scolded and talked down to. Go figure that Dr. Diard decided this had nothing to do with our changing the formula and talked to us in a way that implied we actually did something wrong. While this was the final straw it was not the only issue. If you plan to use this practice just expect that you will probably only see Dr. Diard once in a blue moon. Out of the dozen visits we had nearly all of them were with Nurse Practitioners in… lieu of any actual doctors. If your baby is sick GOOD LUCK reaching ANYONE via the on call line. There were a few times where the line was busied out and the times that we did actually reach someone there would be no call back or follow up. I consider myself to be a very laid back person and don't often complain. I want to warn any parents who are thinking about coming here. RUN away and find yourself a smaller practice who can actually focus on your child. You will save yourself a lot of headache and heartache in the end.

Dr. Diard is so wonderful and loves my kids, she is always genuine and always has an answer to any question I am have. My kids love her also. She is always on time and is full of knowledge!

This doctor is extremely rude has no manners at all and is rude to the family members in the room as well! I switched doctors right away even to a different hospital. She does not know what she is doing either, go to any doctor but her.
