Cleveland Clinic South Russell Family Practice

THE WORST - Called various times for RX refill. Dr. Hudson left and went to Concord. Which was totally find, because I never could get in to see her anyways. When they asked if I wanted to stay at South Russell location (A year ago) I said YES as driving so far away was not an option nor necessary for me. They called me again a few weeks ago and asked if I wanted to schedule my appt in Concord, I said no thank you that I had previously advised I was staying at the South Russell location for convenience. Speed up to recent. I called South Russell location and advised my Rx had not come from my through the mail service. She said no problem she would call it in. I said I only have a few pills left and if there were any issues to call me back right away. I also called my Rx mail service and advised my doctors office was calling it in. Check again online and still nothing processed. Message said that the request was denied by the physicians office. Still have not received the Rx (over 2… weeks now). Called the doctors office again this morning and she said that I wasn't a patient there. (Ummmmm, then how did they look me up 2 weeks ago, confirm my information and advise they would call in my Rx) WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????????????????????????? I am upset to say the least and changing facilities all together at this point. They have been less than easy to work with in the past and even wrong diagnoses for another ailment I was having which sent me to the ER. DONE with this facility!!
