Dr. Lisa Ferley is a very thorough, in depth, kind, and extensively well versed doctor in neurology. She has assisted a family member of mine for about 3 years now, and we are very impressed with the overall level of care, the referrals where needed, and the attention to detail from the office staff. Highly recommended.

I wouldn’t know how she was as a doctor as I couldn’t get past her receptionist who asked so many questions to see if I were even qualified to see Dr Ferley. She eventually said that My problems were not something the doctor handled even though my doctor sent me to her. The receptionist was absolutely ridiculous and tried to play God as to who sees the doctor and who doesn’t. What an absolute jerk. I’m going to make sure I tell everyone I know about this woman ???? Don’t attempt to make an appointment with this doctor- it’s not worth it

I have never met a doctor with such a poor attitude in all my life. I suffer from a very rare disease, she didn't believe me even though I've been diagnosed for over 2 years with a previous neurologist and neurosurgeon who I trust and has performed two different surgeries on me.not educated at all concerning rare spinal diseases and not willing to admit to that. this woman would argue with a stop sign. I have never felt so put out by a doctor than I did by her. a little compassion would have gone a long way. it's a very helpless feeling to suffer from a rare disease and then have a doctor make you feel like you're crazy on top of it. she needs to go back to school. and also learn compassion for her patients. She lacks all empathy.

I felt a great deal of confidence in Dr. Ferley. It was my initial visit. Not only did she actually review the long, medical history I submitted, she asked more questions, and then read part of my chart (on-line) while I was with her. I have never had a doctor actually look at anything previously submitted on my records. I am scheduled for testing and lab work. I have expectations of doctors, which generally are not met. I felt Dr. Ferley was very professional, attentive and pro-active regarding my medical needs.
