Dr. Fogel performed a vitrectomy a year ago, clearing my sight in the problem eye. Extremely skilled and knowledgeable, she uses the latest technology and always take time to explain everything clearly. I am thankful she is my eye doctor, she has been a great comfort and her staff very helpful. I travel 3 hours from a large city just to see her (for 10 years) because she is the best in her field, a very exacting and precise field and science. There are a few great doctors in the world, and she is one of the greatest.

Dr. Fogel is the best doctor I've ever had. She has a great bedside manner. She's thorough, compassionate and personable. She performed surgery on my left eye due to a retinal detachment. She saved my eye. Would highly recommend her.

Excellent at all levels of care. Great staff and thorough with exam and explanation of condition. Patient when questions were asked by me and answered all of my concerns. Pro-active with care procedures and follow-up. I had a flare up on a Sunday and received a call back from Dr. Fogle in a very timely fashion with genuine concern and the ability to diagnose over the phone and map out best way forward. She is one of the best Physicians that this 65 year old has been to.

Performed surgery on my father 6 months ago and has been blind ever since. Then has the nerve to refer him to Duke. She has not followed up with Daddy at all. Note this surgery was on an eye he was able to see with before surgery. She went in to remove blood from the eye. She tried to explain it all away to say nothing at all, if you know what I mean.
