Dr. Lisa R Herbert

WHEN Dr. Herbert is in the office, she is very kind, patient, caring and has a gentle touch. You never know WHEN Dr. Herbert is actually going to be in the office and on the days she IS there, ALL of her patients are lined up out the door or crammed into the small waiting area simply to see HER which means her schedule is usually double booked and you may wait in the waiting area OR in the examination room for upwards of 30 minutes or so. If your child needs a vaccine, you cross your fingers and hope they have it or they may send you across the street to the OTHER neighborhood Dr. to get the vaccine, OR you may be sent to the local pharmacy for the flu shot OR in case of an emergency, you may be redirected to ANOTHER Dr's. office all together because her office is closed. When she's not there, a physician assistant see's all the patients, and most recently brought in another Dr. to see patients when SHE isn't there. The back office administration is usually confused or mis-informed… or has overlooked getting back to you about that VITAL test result. You must come armed with questions to make certain your needs are met, call in advance for vaccines/immunizations and follow up for vital test results. All of the above make visiting Dr. Herbert very disappointing. Which is a shame because I really wanted to support her practice...SMH

I have been a patient of Dr. Herbert for 5+ years. I find her to be very personable and easy to talk to. She listens to all your concerns and addresses each one. I have moved out of the area and travel further to see her but I will not change my doctor. I wish her and her staff the very best and I am glad to be one of her patients.

She misdiagnosed me several times! She does not pay attention to patients and their symptoms. I will never trust her judgement again. After getting second opinions from other physicians, I realized how much I really needed to change my doctor. Never again.

Very fantasic office I love the staff and everyone is so nice and loving! i wld reccommend this practice to anyone
