Dr. Lisa Yi-Mei Ho, MD

Poor service, no empathy, poor bedside manner, over one hour wait times

I have been to this doctor for 4 visits and it's been an hour wait every time. Her demeanor is also cold and shows little empathy when she is late.

Seen this Dr.over a year now and always have to wait over 30-45 minutes to be seen. Greets with no facial expression at all. Not compassionate or empathetic at all, even when experiencing severe pain. Lots of silent staring

She advocates for her patients. She takes time to listen and really cares.

We really liked this doctor a lot. She was super caring, asked questions amd most importantly she listened to us. Unfortunately we will be moving to DC soon and will not be able to schedule more appointments with her. But overall she was fantastic at her job.

This is the only physician that I have truly trusted in many, many years. I'd be lost without her and I am not an easy patient. I just wish other doctors that I am referred to would meet up to her standards. Life would then be good!
