Dr. Lisa Antoinette Horton, MD

I have been with Dr.Horton over 10 years with both of my children. I have never seen another Dr. So attentive, that actually talks to the children as well as the adults. She is the only Dr. My daughter has ever seen, besides the p.a. there. But I only made there appointments when Dr.Horton was there. It is so hard to see her go and retire. We will miss you Dr.Horton. I know she has another Dr taking over her practice, which I have met this past appointment. Let's just say I will be looking for another Dr to take my children to. When discussing my child's information, and medicine dosage and mgs, she had a smart A** answer and didn't really listen. As they say, You can't win them all.

Dr. Horton is the best pediatrician out there ........ she is unfortunately retiring from her practice.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Horton we hit a home run when husband chose her from my insurance recommended list of providers. She has been wonderful in light of a unexplainable illness showing up at the hospital before everyone of her daily trips to her office for 5 days straight. We also love the fact she recommends homeopathic remedies along with traditional pharmaceuticals and mercury free vaccines she is truly a great doctor. When we move back to the shore we will still drive the hour and 30 mins to keep her as our sons pediatrcian!

Dr. Horton is great with my sons. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She has phoned us over weekends to check on our boys' health. She has corresponded over email when more information was needed. There aren't too many doctors around these days that provide that level of service and caring. I wish she could treat adults too!

I would highly recommend Dr. Horton to anyone looking for a pediatrician. My experience with Dr. Horton has been extraordinary. She takes time to answer all my questions, as well as, addresses all my concerns. Finding a Dr. that listens and answers questions is important to me because it shows that she cares. My boys (ages 6 and 7) enjoy going to Dr. Hortons office because of the level of trust they have with her. The friendliness and courtesy of the staff is what completes the high level of satisfaction my family has every time we are in the care of Dr. Horton. Overall, we love Dr. Horton and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking quality care from a trusting pediatrician.

I think she is a smart doctor and will take the time to answer any question you have. They give you printed out guide lines for the age of your child at every well baby/child visit. If you have a question she will answer them during office hours. I think she is caring and I would recommend her to any parent looking for a doctor.
