I needed advice on something pretty straightforward but time sensitive. I texted Dr. Kaufman on Spruce and she called me back within the hour. I got the advice and a prescription in no time. Quick and easy.

Dr. Kaufman is terrific - attentive, knowledgeable, down to earth and says what she means in language a non-doctor can understand — no matter the topic. She has gone out of her way to assist with finding referrals to specialists who accept our insurance, which, as a practical matter, is invaluable. I would never go anywhere else
