Dr. Lisa Erin Kenigsberg Fechter, MD

I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable, patient, kind and professional Dr. Kenigsberg was during our first visit. We had to change endocrinologists for my son's thyroid issues. She is intelligent and explained the endocrine issues my son has (and that I have had for about 20 years) that no physician has ever explained to me in a way that made sense before. I walked away from there feeling like my son is in the best hands possible for these issues. She was organized and went through everything with me step by step, she made notes of all that she discussed and the future plan and gave me a print out of "the plan". She was absolutely fabulous with my high functioning autistic son and had great insight into his non-endocrine issues as well. I trust this dr completely. I feel so blessed to have found her and feel at peace that we have a plan for the issues and that this dr is MORE than competent! I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Dr Kenigsberg-Fechter! (ps. There were… problems with having to go through the hospital operator to get through to her office. It took me several tries and finally I just gave the hospital operator a phone number for them to call me. Once I was at the office, the friendly office staff gave me the direct line and the name of the person and extension to contact in the future so I won't have any problems getting through if the hospital is having phone issues again.)

I don't leave many reviews because I'm a busy, working mom, but I have to write a review regarding this physician. She was stellar with my son today. When we left the office my 13 year old said, "Wow! She was amazing." She took the time to explain her thoughts and listened to my son and I. She was extremely thorough. I am so impressed. The entire staff was awesome. The nurse, resident and front desk staff could not have been nicer. Kudos to everyone in this office! Thank you!
