Scheduled a physical and have never met Dr. Kirk. Only NP. Completed physical process and issues were discovered. Very unorganized process to say the least. No privacy, switching rooms all the time and the lab was not confidential. More testing, further ultrasounds and screenings, eventually an MRI. The office staff is extremely unorganized and not prepared. Referrals were never made, My results were not discussed to me in a way that was helpful. No plan of action for addressing my needs. I have made numerous calls in attempt to get results from an MRI. Then was told they would not give me results. They would only refer out. 10 days go by and no referral has been made. I attempt to make a call myself to get results and an appointment. Referred doctor knows nothing about what is going on. I then call the office and the receptionist spouts off test results that are contradictory to what I was explained before. I had my results sent to another provider. It would be helpful to actually… speak to the person in charge. Not an assistant, or someone to take a message and NEVER call you back. What a WASTE of time and MONEY! Never use this office and concept! I would not even say this place is a 1star. Very disappointed!

Bills, bills and more bills. And a billing department (not onsite) that won't return calls. I should have run the moment the girl told me to ignore statements that were sent to me from the labs they use. Have no idea why I should be getting bills for basic bloodwork anyway since it's covered as part of my physical. Now I'm getting collection letters. Add on top of that the time I had to prove to them that I had paid an outstanding balance for office services and they had failed to credit the payment my account. And as another reviewer mentioned, you WILL have to pay for an office visit to get the results of your yearly comprehensive physical even though it's fully covered by your insurance. I won't be going back.

Went to this clinic for alternative healthcare. Front office wanted me to have a full physical with an EKG on the first appointment before even establishing a connection with the providers. I said no. Before my appointment was over I was asked 3 x’s to have one! Computers were down and my RX wasn’t called in for over 24 hours. Front office seemed inept. I filled out about 8 pages of information. They required $100 if an appointment was cancelled! Finally made an appointment for a physical ( 1 1/2 hour long) and they changed it twice! Cancelled my appointment and will never go back!

The entire Brazos Integrative Medicine Team is PHENOMENAL. Mrs. Wilkinson literally is by far the most amazing Nurse Practitioner that I have had the privilege of seeing. Their entire team is through and attentive. Every need is met and held to a high standard. They have made some big changes lately, I I have loved every second of my experience with them. You would be lucky to be treated and cared for at this facility. Dr. Kirk was also extremely kind and I appreciate her taking the time to meet me and understand my concerns. The team they have there is wonderful. Hightly, HIGHLY recommend.

Has to be the worst office my mother has been a patient of, we saw Dr. Kirk for less than two minutes and was told we could only see the NP who was horrible and rude due to our beliefs. Shanel was rude and when I questioned why my wait time was 1.5 hours for my mother who was diabetic she said “well we have other patients too” well we were early and still waited 1.5 after our appointment. She was didn’t eat because she had to get labs as well, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she said “oh I am new and that was probably due to the horrible manager we had before” this place is horrible. My mother has to have labs done almost every visit, we are definitely looking for somewhere new for her. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

My situation was not handles properly and rather than own up to someone on staff dropping the ball for a referral on my foot issue, it took over 2 weeks to get the appt and had I not called in on a Friday at 3 pm I would have not known about an appt on Monday am. Then at 5 pm I received a call from the office manager to tell me I was no longer a patient and the only reason she could give was I was volatile. I said because someone didn't bother to call me and give me the appt info and you think my foot is only bruised. Well 2 weeks later I had stents put in my (bruised legs) due to poor circulation in my legs - 100% blockage. Glad I was persistent.

Dr Kirk and all have taken amzing care of me! I have fibro and it seemed no one would listen. When I finally found them it was refreshing to be heard and treated as more than my diagnosis. Every time ive gone there everyone treats me with friendliness and compassion!!

Always have to see an NP unless I want to wait months for an appoinment. Billing department is incompetent. I had to pay for the "follow up" consultation for my physical even though my insurance pays 100% for an annual check up.

Lisa dot care office manger dot call back ! New people getting haired Old people who work there gone We people or customer get to wait bez they behind or did not Oder Bad service!
