Dr. Lisa Marie Krupka

She was extremely rude. I was referred by a Nurse Practicioner at the walk-in clinic and she was baffled I was there. She scolded me on “being late,” and the fact that it made my appointment shorter, even though I wasn’t late at all. She told me she wasn’t a doctor, she was a surgeon, and that I needed to take my issues up with my pcp. I was clearly there because I was referred, not because I woke up one day and decided I was going to go. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by being there, even though she’ll still get to bill my insurance. We spent more time talking about why I shouldn’t be there than why I was even there in the first place. She got even more irritated when I told her my other symptoms, stating those weren’t in the notes she had received from the walk in clinic (that is in the same building). Excuse my language, but she is an absolute b. If you don’t like your job, quit.

When I first met with Dr. Krupka she was very patient and attentive to my needs. She was very clear with her intentions and kind. I had my gall bladder removed by her and my surgery went without complications and my 4 laposcopic cuts healed so nicely. During my post op appointment I was worried I had other issues going on and her gentle and kind spirit really reassured me that she cared more about helping me feel better than about the fact that her office had closed over a half hour prior to the conclusion of my appointment. I would entrust her to help heal me in the future.
