Dr. Lisa Christina Lane, MD

really rushed during visit, spent about 3 minutes with me, rolling her eyes at me, impatiently didn't want to understand history of lifelong vision issues, asked to tell her in one sentence why i was there, explained nothing. Worst experience with any kind of physician ever. I was low key, friendly, and she came in the room with a chip on her shoulder and with dogs barking at my heels. Didn't want me wasting her time, don't think she has anything to worry about going forward!

Dr. Lisa Lane recently performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. She was excellent. I consider her to be an outstanding and gifted surgeon and a caring doctor. My surgery had no complications and as soon as the bandages came off the next day, I had 20/20 vision. This exceeded my expectations. I thought I'd have blurry vision for at least a few days based on the research I'd done prior to surgery. I highly recommend, Dr. Lane.

Though a decent doctor, has no time for questions. Wants you in and out fast. I've seen her several times, only once has she been friendly.

Arizona Eye is a mill. Felt like a cow running through lines waiting for slaughter. I waited about an hour to see this woman only to have her not even listen to my complaints. She insisted that I had dry eyes. When I stated that my right eye just hurt, she said that she was the doctor. She gave me tears and a prescription for a medication that would have cost me $240. I sought a second opinion, and found that I had a cold sore virus in my eye.

She is awful. Waited a long time for the wrong diagnosis

She is a vile human. Gave me an impression that she was better than me. Never made eye contact with me. I came straight from work so I appeared a little ragged but I was in pain. She told me that I had dry eyes even though my right eye was hurting and red. After weeks of putting tears in my eyes, I could not take it anymore. I went to University where a resident, junior doctor correctly diagnosed me Herpes in my eye.

Waited forever to see Dr. Lane. She spent very little time with me. Never spoke to me. Her tech told me to pick up a bottle. The medication was for dry eyes, which cost a lot of money. After weeks of no relief, I went to an optometrist who actually diagnosed me with an infection and now I am symptom free.

I have been going to this office for a few years. There are several doctors under this practice. The office is so busy & you feel like you are in a herd of cattle going from one waiting room to the next. Very unorganized office, half of my testing was not done & didn't know it until I sat down with the doctor. Very disappointed & will not return.

Upon seeing Dr. Lane I found her to be very knowledgeable and did as much as she could to help me through an extreme case of dry eyes. She told me what the emergency room couldn't. I'm glad they referred her to me.

My husband suffered a detached retina and we were sent to see this 'professional' by a local hospital. She may be a decent opthamologist, but because of her rudeness, condescending attitude and lack of empathy toward my husband, we will not be back. Her lack of kindness and poor beside manner were inexcusable.
