Great work! Very nice and professional.

I was reading the reviews and saw the bad review listed. I do know she moved to a new facility around May and then did have problems with phones. I haven't had a problem with staff or call backs. Everything has been very prompt and friendly. I have been very satisfied and grateful with my care from the staff, with the services provided, and Dr. Longhofer's professionalism and work.

I tried to make an appointment. No receptionist answered, just a voice message with specific instructions of information needed with Mention that if any info was left out OR you leave more than one message the return call would be delayed. In addition, they allow themselves 24hours to return your call, IF the instructions were followed correctly. I followed their instructions, and still never received a call back. It is just as well, if you cannot even have a person to greet me when I first call, where will you be during my treatment. I have seen her work and I feel she is very professional. But the abscense of an initial response gives me pause to even consider her services.
